Studio = 2 persons
1 Bedroom Suite = 2 persons
2 Bedroom Suite = 4 persons

Additional person(s), which include children, will be charged an additional fee of $100 nightly per person.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. If smoking is detected, a penalty of $250 will be charged.

All rates are single and double occupancy and quoted in US currency.

For reservations 4 nights or more, a 50% deposit is required. For reservations less than 4 nights, the full room cost would be required for deposit. For reservations during December 16 - January 4, full payment is required to confirm and non-refundable.

Deposits can be paid via cash or credit card. Visa, Master, and American Express Cards are accepted.

The deposit is refundable, provided that notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival, less an cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night's stay, inclusive of taxes. If notice of cancellation is received within 30 days of expected arrival date, the deposit will be applied to any cancelled or altered night of confirmed reservation including early departure.

Rates are subject to 13% Goods & Services Tax and 10% Service Charge.

Rates are subject to change without further notice.

Once a reservation is confirmed, the reservation process will be initiated and an e-mail confirmation will be sent within 24 hours. The e-mail confirmation will include type of accommodation(s), total cost, taxes and deposit, along with refund and cancellation policy.
